Chemring today announces the following directorate changes.
Nigel Young, who has served as a non-executive director for nearly seven years, has indicated his intention to retire on 30 April 2020, when his current appointment comes to an end.
Andrew Davies, Chairman of Chemring’s Remuneration Committee, will be stepping down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee following the Company’s Annual General Meeting in March 2020 and will be succeeded by Laurie Bowen. Andrew Davies will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
