Chemring Countermeasures (CCM) in co-operation with SAAB Avitronics (SAVI) is in a conceptual phase study for a small ship autonomous littoral warfare protection system. (MEDS) The system ideally lends itself for fitting to smaller warships, coastguard vessels and civilian vessels.
