| Melanie Nightingale
Mel started at CCM in October 1997 as Factory Operative working on the marine section. Melanie was promoted to Quality Inspector in February 1998. In April 2000 she was promoted again to Marine Quality Co-ordinator after a successful 5 year period, Mel was promoted further to Safety Administrator working with the Chemring Safety team. Mel works flexible hours to enable her to balance work with her young family.
