| Richard Kendell
Richard Kendell started at CCM on 16th October 1989 aged 18 years. At that time the company was known as Pains Wessex Schermuly. He was employed as a temporary employee working on the marine section. Richard became a permanent employee in March 1990. Over the next few years Richard worked on various sections throughout the site gaining valuable knowledge.
In September 2002 Richard was promoted to Quality Assurance Officer working in the quality department. In 2003 Richard was promoted to Trainee Quality Technician.
Richard studied and gained his ONC in November 2005 and was promoted to Instrumentation and Test Technician within the Research and Development team. After his promotion he returned to his studies and achieved an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He has since been promoted to the role of Instrumentation and Test Engineer.
