	Comprehensive Chemistry Laboratory - incorporating a number of facilities; Wet Chemistry Capability, Malvern Particle Size Analysis, Fisher Sub Sieve Sizer, Deioniser, Tablet Hardness Tester, UV/Visible Spectrometer, DSC/TGA/FTIR.
	Pyrotechnics - Two multi-bay complexes managing the preparation, mixing, pressing and assembly of pyrotechnics including Flares, Igniters, Delays, Propellant, Smokes and Obscurants.
	Air Countermeasures - 8 Bay Complex managing the preparation, mixing, pressing and assembly of air countermeasures.
	Red Phosphorus – Multi-bay complex for the preparation, mixing, pressing and assembly of products containing red phosphorus (RP)
	Prototyping - This facility provides the development teams with low cost, short lead time, prototype components for trials and development work. The facility is equipped with Conventional and CNC milling, drilling and turning equipment. Injection moulded plastic components can be produced in a wide variety of unfilled and filled materials up to 250g shot weight. Spark erosion is used to produce complex internal cavities and holes in a range of materials including the hardest and most exotic of materials. Precision measurement equipment and the facilities for welding, brazing and heat treatment are also available.
