Chemring Countermeasures is situated approximately 70 miles from London and mid way between Salisbury and Amesbury, just off the A345. |
From London - M25 (London Orbital Motorway) leave at Junction 12 on to the M3 and after approximately 30 miles take the A303 turning at Junction 8, signposted Salisbury. Continue on the A303 until the first roundabout (approx 29 miles) take the A345 to Amesbury. Continue through Amesbury and continue with directions from Amesbury, shown below. Trains run from London Waterloo to Salisbury every 30 minutes.
From Salisbury - Follow A345 out of Salisbury towards Amesbury. After approximately 6 miles you will come to a crossroads with a set of traffic lights (petrol station on your left, a golf course on your right). Turn left at the traffic lights immediately before the garage towards "The Woodfords". The Chemring Countermeasures site is situated 500 yds on the right hand side.
From Amesbury - Follow A345 towards Salisbury. After approximately 5 miles you will come to a crossroads with a set of traffic lights (petrol station on your right, a golf course on your left). Turn right at the traffic lights immediately after the garage towards "The Woodfords". The Chemring Countermeasures site is situated 500 yds on the right hand side.
