Customer Services
The role of the Customer Service Department, within Chemring Countermeasures, is to be the main point of contact for all Customers and their Agents. The responsibilities of the Customer Service Department include:
- Monitoring the progress and status of all customer orders, ensuring compliance with all contracts, documentation and on-time delivery.
- Monitoring the receipt of any feedback from customers or their representatives, ensuring all required attention is given, by the appropriate departments, to resolve any perceived deficiencies or product defects, to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
- Act as the customers' representative, promoting and ensuring the customers' best interest, within all departments, at all levels of the company.
